The result of my latest brain storm..

This will take us through the next year, making sure we cover all aspects of the core knowledge Kindergarten book. BabyGirl helped me with some of the decision making, and is excited about the up-coming school year. Our reading and math programs are colorful and fun! My Spanish and sign language goals are a work in progress, I think it will come to me in time. We'll see what she happens to be passionate about learning to say. We are beginning 1st grade reading this year, and I know we'll be flying high with it. I'm hoping the art lessons we start next week will go well, and continue after the holidays. We've gotten the charter membership at Gilcrease and will take some opportunities to go observe and draw. We hope to fit in some bowling sometimes, too. Not to mention the monthly meetings (if BabyGirl likes them) Add weekly story hour and playgroup and you have a very full and adventurous kindergarten year! Wow! I can't believe how great I feel getting this all written down. We will, of course, use this as a guideline and change it as needed. So, until I sit down and blog again...happy homeschooling!!
