When it's 73 degrees in late December....

We just have to take advantage of it!!  We had a fun filled day with our Bub Shawn.  We were gone from morning 'til night making memories.  And, did I mention, taking pictures?  Lots and lots of pictures?

Here I am being naughty at the cemetery.  Hey, you have to make light of serious situations.  At least, I do.
 Like mother, like daughter.
BabyGirl in her first of many, many poses at Woodward.  (all her idea, of course!)
 Her really cheesy face.
 she loves to pose!

Little Man had the best time playing on the ground!  Here are lots of photos of his playtime ;)
Oh, the thrill of holding something tiny and not having it taken away!

I am getting spring fever already!
He was shaking his hand so hard it's blurry!

My pride and joy
supercalifragilistic.....never mind.
So, we had a fantastic day!!  I will hold it near and dear to my  heart as we have frigid temperatures next week.  I look forward to our next 70-something day this winter so we can make a trip to the zoo.  But, I do have to admit, I could use a week of major snow.  I mean, snow so much that everything shuts down.  In this dream, I am at home when it starts with lots and lots of good food to enjoy.  And, everyone I love is at home also.  :)  I love, love, love a holiday when it's not the holiday season!!!  Makes you appreciate the small things!

Here is a picture of Poppa Jones when he was about Little Man's age.  He looks so much like him.  I wish he were here to see it.

Well, that's it for now.  We started school again this week.  It's been going really well.  I think she's so enthusiastic because we've been off for 2 weeks.  She is rockin' the piano! Little Man is growing like a weed!  He loves to tickle us, push his shopping cart, drive his Tonka truck, throw balls (and, he throws balls like a pro!!!) and get into everything!!!!

I'll post a school update next week.....
