Day 9

Today we made some really cool keepsake ornaments with my Big Man's handprints!  Here are a couple of penguins....

....and some reindeer.  He made a Rudolph, Daddy and Mommy.  He made the daddy one all by himself...tracing his own hand, cutting it out and decorating it.  It will be a treasured one for years to come...

BabyGirl is working on some more complex ornaments that are still a work in progress.  But, one thing she did finish today is a wonderful sketch that was inspired by one of her most favorite Christmas books, The Christmas Day Kitten by James Herriot.  I think it's just beautiful!

Tonight BabyGirl had her studio concert at the music college.  She performed her piece beautifully!!!  The piece is 4.5 minutes long so it would take FOREVER to *try* to upload to blogger.  I have not had luck with it in the past at all.  So, if we're friends on Facebook, you can view it there.  Here is a snapshot of BabyGirl and her wonderful teacher.  She is truly a part of our family.
Coming up next.....Tastes of the World holiday luncheon!!!!
